Episode 93: Kelly Hansen - Hansen's Ice Cream Parlor, building teams, and creating a thriving family business
May 27, 2024 Season 1 Episode 93

In Episode 93,  Lauren interviews Kelly Hansen (no relation to Lauren, but how fun they share the same last name!), family business owner of Hansen's Ice Cream Parlor in Wilmot and Burlington, Wisconsin. Kelly and her family opened Hansen's Ice Cream Parlor in 2017 and expanded with a location in Burlington in 2021. Their innovative creations (like cotton candy cakes, a popcorn Advent calendar, and a 24-sampler ice cream!) make them stand out from the rest and they are rocking it on their social media game (and even went 8-million viral on TikTok)! What Lauren loved most about chatting with Kelly is that her business truly is a family business with every family member contributing his or her own strengths. This is a delicious episode you won't want to miss!
